Frequently Asked Questions
24 pieces. I make exceptions for certain jobs — if that's you, let me know and we can work it out.
Screen printing starts at $7 per shirt at 24 pieces, but that's a floor, not a flat rate. Your price depends on how many colors you're running, where you're printing, what kind of garment it is, and how many pieces you need. One color on a basic tee at high quantity — cheap. Six colors on a heavyweight hoodie at 24 pieces — more. Fill out the form and I'll give you the real number.
No. And I never will. DTG looks fine on a phone screen and washes out after six months. I do plastisol screen printing because it lasts, it feels right, and it holds up. If you want DTG, there are plenty of other places. I'm not one of them.
Vector files are best — AI, EPS, or PDF. If you've got a high-res PNG (300dpi or above) that also works. If your file isn't print-ready, I'll tell you before I touch it. Just send what you have and I'll let you know.
Standard turnaround is 7–14 business days from approval. Need it faster? Just say so in the notes. I do rush orders — tell me your deadline and I'll let you know if I can make it happen.
A real person (me) looks at your request — usually within a few hours, always within 24. I'll send you a quote, flag any artwork issues, and once you approve everything I'll lock in your spot in the schedule.
Yes. Embroidery on caps, hoodies, polos — whatever you need. Stickers in custom shapes and sizes. These are quoted separately from screen printing so just select the right service in the form and I'll take it from there.

The Philosophy
I started Failing Print Co. because I was tired of ordering shirts that looked amazing on a mockup and fell apart after a season. Plastisol screen printing lasts. It's vibrant, it's durable, and it feels like something was actually made — not inkjet-printed onto a shirt at a fulfillment warehouse in New Jersey.
I work with bands, small brands, restaurants, artists, and anyone else who wants merch that holds up. Based in Los Angeles.
No DTG. No heat transfers. No apologies.
